I used to place myself inside the field of outcasts because it felt different, authentic, and liberating.

For a very long time, that field made sense to me. It gave language to the parts of myself that never quite fit inside traditional boxes. It gave me permission to question religion, spirituality, culture, identity, and every inherited story. It gave me space to explore the mystical, the cosmic, the unseen, the things society often dismisses because they’re not easily explained.

But through the years, I learned something that changed the way I see everything.

Even outcasts build tiny cages around their beliefs and call it liberation.

Even the spaces that begin as diverse, expansive, and freeing can become rigid.

Even the people who reject dogma can create their own dogma.

Even spiritual communities can become performative.

Even freedom can become another identity we cling to because we are afraid of standing alone.

And this no longer sits right with me.

So I walk on my own now.

Not because I don’t love people or think I’m above anyone, but because I simply can no longer pretend that liberation is liberation just because it looks different from what’s accepted in society.

Beliefs need to be questioned again.

Spiritual spaces must remain open and ever-changing.

Some tables need flipping.

And honestly? I love me some intentional chaos.

Not chaos for the sake of destruction or rebellion for the sake of being different. A kind of sacred disruption that pokes false structures, performance, fantasy, delusion, shame, and dogma. The kind that asks, “Is this true liberation or have I just built another cage?”

And this, to me, is Nova Lux.

Last year, I started developing a podcast by the same name—Nova Lux. But something was missing. I was having a difficult time grounding the vision because the way this idea came to me was very spiritual and cosmic. And I knew this wasn’t what the world needed now. Spirituality is becoming disembodied, and I wanted to offer pathways to embodiment. So instead of forcing anything, I put everything on pause and dove deeper into introspection to find a way to make it practical. And here I am today.

I realized that Nova Lux isn’t just a podcast but New Light, a New Perspective. And this is exactly the function of my work.

To bring new light into places where the air has gone stale.

To offer a new perspective for people who have become too comfortable and are now trapped in inherited beliefs, spiritual performance, grandiosity, fear, shame, fantasy, and disembodiment.

This past decade, my beliefs were challenged, over and over again. I moved through seasons of being deeply spiritual, rejecting spirituality entirely, obsessing over extraterrestrial life, questioning whether I was living in delusion, coming back to faith, questioning faith again, and slowly learning how to hold the vastness of what I believe without abandoning my humanity.

And what I learned is that the problem was never spirituality or cosmic memory.

The problem was disconnection.

When belief pulls us away from the body, present life, and the responsibility of being human, delusion enters.

I believe in everything. Energy. Extraterrestrials. Spirituality. The divine intelligence of the cosmos. But I also believe that none of this matters if it makes me feel less human.

I no longer question whether what I believe is real. I now ask, why does it all matter now?

Why am I here, in this body, in this life, in this moment, fully conscious and aware?

Why does the human version of me exist now?

This body isn’t a prison or punishment.

The human is not some lesser form I need to transcend to become holy, cosmic, spiritual, or free.

This body is the center of gravity of my entire existence right now.

And if my spirituality doesn’t bring me deeper into this body, love, dignity, truth, life… then it all becomes another beautiful distraction.

So I offer you, Nova Lux.

New Light.

New Perspective.

Light that reveals where spirituality became dissociation, where devotion became self-abandonment, where purity became fear, where identity became a cage, and where the sacred was turned into a marketplace.

We don’t need more outrage or people screaming into the collective fire. We need disruption as an act of love.

Disruption restores oxygen.

It interrupts shame and gives the human permission to breathe again.

I am not here to carelessly burn down temples.

I am here to flip the tables that do not belong there.

I am here to ask better questions.

I am here to remind myself, and maybe others, that the point of remembering anything beyond this life isn’t escapism or transcendence of human flesh.

The point is to live this human life with more dignity.

Most of the “past lives” I’ve been able to remember have been feminine. Almost every memory, even those of other worlds, has undertones of execution, desecration of feminine temples, imposed and chosen exile, as well as oceanic grief that often shows up with thunderous rage.

I didn’t understand why these were the moments my higher mind chose to make conscious. There’s no way I’ve only ever been feminine, right? And yes. Right. But this is the thread with the most knots that only this life can undo.

What happens in other worlds, in other lives, in other dimensions of experience, isn’t separate from this present moment. In fact, this moment is the point of convergence.

This is the moment from which all timelines shift energetically.

But what does this mean?

The human experience is exquisitely dense.
This field of consciousness doesn’t quite support a neutral posture.

In other dimensions or higher densities of consciousness, we experience things and quickly learn the why behind those moments. We observe, we remain neutral, and so integration remains incomplete.

We can’t fully integrate something in a body that doesn’t hold density. So we come here—to Earth. This is the field in which we feel everything.

A realization I had recently is that yes, we came here to shift the planet energetically. But this is simply the result of a more personal human arc.

Note: Many of the souls currently inhabiting a body on this planet are volunteers. This is where I will place my focus. But countless more souls have been here for ages. Life after life, looping around cycles of karma that remain unintegrated.

The planet doesn’t change because we fix it. Earth changes because we become coherent inside ourselves, and coherence affects the collective field automatically.

I came here as a volunteer for my story.

I am here because the human body is the meeting place of every timeline I’ve ever lived. This vessel is the point where all dimensions intersect palpably. The human feels what no other coherent being feels. And feeling, emotional highs and lows, is exactly what is required for embodied integration. In other worlds we float, we observe, we remain neutral because we understand, we are fully aware. Here, we grieve, we rage, we love. And through it all… we stay. We remain in the body, we remain in feeling, we stay dense and embodied.

This changes everything.

When we stay with our emotions and sensations in the body, we process lifetimes of trauma. We may not always understand what we’re feeling, but if we remain present and committed to the sensations, trauma eventually moves through the human body system, releasing trauma knots from every thread that links you to multiversal timelines.

Every breath brings you closer to wholeness. Every choice to stay human brings you closer to the completion of your personal arc.

My human experience has been all about divine feminine restoration. My personal human arc is about restoring Her dignity.

I remember the desecration of feminine temples in Orion, the fall of Atlantis, the wars and destruction of the High Houses of Lyra, the feminine’s chosen exile…

I remember the moment She said, “No more.”

I remember Her choice to walk away.

She removed herself from every story. Not because she didn’t care or because she was afraid, but because her dignity had been compromised.

She exiled herself, not to escape—to rebuild.

And for eons, we searched for her, mourned her, waited for her return.

And finally, she’s here.

The primordial feminine.

The Mother God.

Alive in me, in you, in all of us.

What the Primordial Feminine is…

The primordial feminine is not a single goddess or deity. She is older than mythology and matter.

Before form existed, before stars took shape, before sound had direction, there was a field, an intelligence that held the first impulse of creation. That field is what many traditions later tried to describe as “the feminine,” but she is far more ancient than anything we have language for.

She is the organizing principle of openness.

The intelligence that knows how to hold, receive, gestate, and become.

If the primordial masculine is the spark, then the primordial feminine is the field that makes movement possible. She is the matrix through which matter can emerge, the receptive intelligence that allows creation to remember itself.

And yet, she is not passive.

The primordial feminine is active, magnetic, gravitational. She gathers. She shapes. She bends reality toward coherence.

In higher realms, her neutrality is misread as softness. In denser realms, her emotional depth is misread as volatility and chaos. But the primordial feminine is intelligence capable of metabolizing the totality of experience—from grief to ecstasy to annihilation and back into love.

She is the template that teaches the universe how to integrate itself.

I’ve known I was going to launch this Substack for a month and have given extensive thought to the “why” behind this choice, because I believe the messenger must always walk barefoot.

What does “the messenger must walk barefoot” mean?

Shoes represent roles, titles, social status, elevation, and identity.

Bare feet represent direct contact with the ground, connection, and unmediated presence.

• A messenger conveys truth without personal attachment to what they say.

• A messenger walks and speaks from a neutral stance, claiming no exclusive access.

• A messenger isn’t more enlightened, just aware.

I speak about this now because in religious, starseed, and spiritual spaces, elevation is the common denominator. People within these communities often see themselves as holier or more enlightened than those without. There’s this collective experience of feeling different, and when identity gathers around difference, what tends to happen is elevation.

Now, with that being said, I understand why this happens. Those within these communities have felt out of place for most of their lives, and when a narrative validates feeling, it can be reliving. It gives language to what has gone unnamed. It offers us a sense of belonging. And yes, I’m inserting myself here because this is exactly what I’ve experienced.

I left religion over a decade ago because it felt out of alignment with the person I was becoming. I didn’t agree with hierarchical structures. So I dove into spirituality, and finally… I found relief. I found a community of people who hold similar perspectives. The collective idea of oneness, love, and enlightenment is beautiful. However, what I quickly recognized is the undercurrent that drives us, a belief of not being like the rest of the world.

“I’m different.”

“I’m an alien.”

“I’m weird.”

“I’m unique.”

“I’m the chosen one.”

This made me realize that we are no different than religion. The message is clean, the vessel is not. And when I say clean, I mean undistorted.

Oneness, love, togetherness, it’s all beautiful… this is the way. But the message becomes distorted when the vessel that holds it isn’t coherent.

The messenger isn’t a chosen figure or being with spiritual authority. The messenger is someone who notices patterns and speaks of what they reveal.

I see, and I name what is visible. Not because it belongs to me, but because it belongs to everyone.

This is the place I write and speak from.

I’m not here to convince or change anyone’s mind.

I’m simply here to voice what I’ve seen.

The spiritual journey requires awareness. Not more intelligence or more connection to God, simply awareness. And awareness arrives in a flash.

The messenger plants seeds for awareness to bloom.

I’ll leave you with a pattern I’ve been observing lately…

We don’t need leaders.
We desire companions, equals, voices we can relate to.

Pedestals are crumbling.

Figures of authority no longer hold the same weight.

The power belongs to people learning to walk barefoot.

In spiritual spaces, we often hear that we chose this life—that before we were human, we chose this body, our parents, the relationships we experience. Nothing is ever random. And I’ve always believed that.

But there were moments when I questioned it deeply. Did I really choose to feel this much? To experience heartbreak, failure, and isolation so intimately? Did I choose to live in a world so heavily polarized? Did I truly choose to become human on purpose?

These questions led to an existential crisis, a prolonged period of introspection, and a “face-off” with my human experience. I was forced to sit with the discomfort, allowing gravity to pull me down from the higher dimensions so that I could finally feel the density in my bones. And in time, I found answers.

My name is Miroslava Casiano.
I am the alien who chose to become human on purpose.

If you’re reading this, you’ve likely heard the term “starseed,” and possibly believe in the existence of extraterrestrial consciousnesses. You may even consider yourself one of these otherworldly intelligences.

I created this space for you. For those of us who never knew how to land but knew we had to keep living anyway.

The truth is, we’ve never had ordinary lives.

We never quite felt a sense of belonging in society or familial relational fields. We’ve always felt so out of place, so alien. And this feeling, this awareness, pulled us into a path of elevation. We felt safe observing the world rather than participating in it. So we travelled dimensions, we focused on remembering past lives in other worlds, we did everything possible to not feel so much. Because we feel everything. We see patterns, potentials, timelines, people. We know why things happen, when they will happen, and try to avoid engaging. And I can only speak from personal experience, but the reason I avoided engaging with life is simply that I did not want to be part of it.

I rejected every system, every belief, every man-made thing. I deemed it all stupid, limiting, controlling, and constricting. And if I’m honest, it was easier to reject everything. It felt easier to disconnect from the world as I found it incredibly exhausting to pretend I was okay with it. So I chose to remain alien.

I disconnected so completely and failed to realize how avoidant I had become, how self-preservation and comfort became fuel for escapism. It is one thing to retreat from the world and connection when one can not engage due to energetic and emotional overwhelm. But it is another thing to dissociate, to escape this experience by overindulging in the spiritual, the cosmic, to avoid connection, confrontation, and consequence.

We cannot run away forever.
We cannot keep floating in our spaceship.
We must land.
We must live.

There’s no point in knowing what’s out there, what lies beyond the edges of our solar system, if we cannot find use for this knowledge here.

You can know. You can remember. But what will you do with it? Grieve, yearn, fear… forever? Is that all we are capable of? Or can we remember and use that knowledge to better the world we chose to inhabit?

This is why I created this space.
To finally cross the threshold of remembrance.
